CLY1600-2000 cable laying-up machine
Application：
Mainly used for laying-up 3-core,4-core and 5-core large cross-section power cables,back-twisting stranding of round cables,and non-back-twisting stranding of fan cables.
Components：
Rear cradle, stranding cage, die holder, taping head, steel taping head, meter counter, haul-off device, take-up and traversing stand, electrical control system and safety protection device
Characteristic:
1、According to the technological requirements of the cable, stranding cage cradle protected electric pre-twist. In the non-stop state, each cradle can separately adjust outlet angle.
2、Cradle is fully enclosed structure, use electric retractable top, and drive by separate motor.
3、Changing stranding cage gearshift can realize the conversion of non-back-twisting and back-twisting of stranding cage.
4、Stranding cage is supported by dual-riding wheels, large-aligning bearing is used for rear support which make stranding cage operate steady and with stand large cross-section cables torsion.
5、The whole machine and multiple parts use our company patented design, with reasonable product structure, high mechanical strength, and stable operation.
