一、 Application：

 Mainly used for cabling various control cables,signal cables and special cable and also apply to flexible conductor stranding.The parts modified also can undertake steel wire armored, copper wire screening.

1 Φ1250 shaft-less pay-off stand 1 set 
2 φ400/12 B stranding cage, including single die holder 1 set
3 φ400/18 B stranding cage, including single die holder 1 set
4 φ400/24 B stranding cage, including single die holder 1 set
5 Φ400/2 common taping head 1 set
6 45KW variable frequency motor and main drive gearbox system 1 set
7 Horizontal meter counter 1 set
8 Φ1600 dual wheel capstan with strength 54-step gearbox 1 set
9 Φ2000 shaft-less take-up and traversing 1 set

四、 Characteristic:

1 Not only it used for wire stranding and laying-up,but also it used for armoring and screening.
2 Back-twisting type: all gear back-twisting.
3 Stranding cage is supported by non-riding wheel. Spindle adopts overall thick-walled seamless steel pipes,and respectively supported by stranding cage gearbox and large bearing in the front and rear.
4 Winch is procedded by thick steel plate well-boring. Winch connected the spindle by metallrugical machinery expansion sleeve.
5 Stranding cage as a whole has a chassis, and adopts pneumatic brake.
